Winner Winner Mac n Cheese Dinner

Rehabilitative Resources hosted their 10^th Annual Wine, Beer & Food Festival last week to benefit individuals with developmental disabilities through out our community! We were excited to be able to take part in the event – we served a delicious Baked Seafood Gorgonzola Mac n Cheese which seemed to be a fan favorite because…. we WON!

They were able to raise over $22,000 which goes to help to provide additional necessary supports such as adaptive equipment and communication devices which enable individuals to achieve their personal goals and be active, contributing members of society.

How great to Peter and Angelique look!!!

Smithwick’s Legendary “Tale”

I love learning the history of different things – maybe its the bartender in me but I like to tell the story. I first realized Smithwick’s had a “tale” while walking around in Boston + noticing the signs about how Boston stole the first shipment of Smithwicks to the states.

According to the legend the first shipment of Smithwicks was stolen from the Boston Harbor in 1950. They never knew who did it – but they assume the WHY has to do with its great taste!
